Experienced Therapist (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)
Summary: We are looking for an experienced beauty therapist to join the Lofty team on a part-time, flexible basis. Your experience and qualifications are hugely important to us, but at The Loft, we care just as much about who you are as we do about what you’ve done: being a team player and having an excellent manner with customers is a must!
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced beauty therapist to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis. This role is perfect for a confident, all-round beauty therapist who isn’t available for regular working hours right now. It’s an ideal fit for someone transitioning out of maternity leave or a similar life phase, with the potential to move into a fuller role as you become available. The initial schedule will include Saturday mornings, and we are open to building the rest of the week flexibly for the right candidate.
About You: While your experience and qualifications are important, we value who you are just as much as what you’ve done. You must be a team player with an excellent manner with customers. The successful candidate will be a Level 3 Qualified Beauty Therapist with several years of experience at a reputable salon or comparable establishment. We are looking for someone who is ready to get along well with a small but mighty team and is willing to replicate our warm, friendly, yet professional style of service.

Pay: Your rate of pay will be determined based on your experience.

Beauty Therapy Trainee / Student (part time, flexible hours)
About The Loft: The Loft is an award-winning salon in Bloxham. We are known for our welcoming and friendly service, creating a “home from home” for our clients. We’ve built a tight-knit team of women who feel cared for and valued at work by focusing on expertise, inclusivity, and staff development.
The Role: This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in a professional salon while continuing their training. You’ll assist other beauty therapists, undertake preparatory work with clients, and support our small but mighty team with the day-to-day work of a busy salon. Over time, there is the opportunity to take on a fuller role as you progress. The initial schedule will include Saturday mornings, and we are open to building the rest of the week flexibly for the right candidate.
About You: We are looking for a college student currently undertaking their beauty therapy training, ideally with a Level 2 qualification. You should be passionate about beauty therapy and keen to apply your theoretical skills in a real-world environment. While your skills are important, we also care about who you are. You must be a team player with an excellent manner with customers. The ideal candidate is a confident and quick learner, willing to understand and replicate the “Lofty” way of doing things. As a member of our small but mighty team, you’ll need to get along well with your colleagues and be willing to observe and replicate our warm, friendly, and professional style of service.
Pay: £10 – £12.50 per hour.
